Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LeadPilot (“the Service”), operated by ctrlAIshift, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

LeadPilot is a B2B SaaS platform that automates lead intake, quoting, job management, and business operations for service businesses. Features include AI-driven conversations, estimate generation, Google Calendar integration, and QuickBooks integration.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@ctrlaishift.com.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online. Your use of those integrations is also governed by Google’s and Intuit’s respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time from the Settings page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service

6. Intellectual property

ctrlAIshift retains all rights in the LeadPilot platform and its underlying technology. You retain all rights in your business data. We do not claim ownership of any data you submit to the platform.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ctrlAIshift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
